In life’s most vulnerable moments, feeling seen and heard is everything. That’s exactly what makes Centacare’s work so powerful.
With a person-centred approach at the heart of everything they do, it was clear the brand story needed to be shaped around people. We dug deep, to craft a story that re-created the feeling of being seen, heard, and valued that Centacare can bring, during some of life’s most challenging moments.
In this tapestry of stories, each ‘phonecall’ we hear is a re-imagining of the real experiences of Centacare’s team. Each story is reflective of lived-experiences, and has been portrayed by everyday people, not actors to capture moments that feel deeply and unapologetically human, much like Centacare itself.
